What is the “Your Account” widget?

The “Your Account” widget lets Orange Pay As You Go users view their balance and easily top up in a few simple steps.

Who can use it, and how?

Anyone with a UK Orange Pay As You Go mobile can use their widget, even abroad. All you need is an active Internet connection to register to and use the service and then you can access the widget from any of these compatible widget-based platforms:
Facebook
iGoogle
Windows Vista (sidebar needs to be enabled)
Mac Dashboard (Mac OS X 10.4 upwards)

How much does it cost to use the widget or top up?

Using your widget is free so if you top up by £5, you will see the full £5 credited to your balance.

How long does it take for my balance to be updated?

Your phone will be topped up straight away – once you have completed a successful top-up you can check your new balance by simply refreshing the widget.

How much can I top up my balance by?

The minimum top-up amount is £5 and the maximum is £50

How do I set up a credit/debit card to use the service?

Once you have registered to use the service, you can set up a nominated credit/debit card in My Account online.

What is the 3 digit security code?

The 3 digit security code, sometimes known as a CSV code, is a three-digit number printed on the back of your credit/debit card, at the top of the signature field. It is being increasingly used in online credit card transactions to help prevent fraud.

Can I send this widget to my friends?

You can recommend the widget to any of your friends or family members by email which will send a link to download the widget. You can do this within the widget by selecting the Share function present at the bottom of the widget – it is represented as an icon which looks like this .

Does this service work outside of the UK?

This widget acts like a web application, so you can access it from abroad and top-up from abroad without any additional costs or roaming charges.

For problems topping up from Your Account, call Customer Services on 450 free from your Orange phone or +44 (0) 7973 100450 from any other phone.
