We're changing the phone number your computer dials to connect to the Internet. You need to ensure you download this new number otherwise you won't be able to surf the Internet or access your email. Connecting to the Internet with the new number costs 1p a minute at weekends, 2p a minute during weekday evenings and 4p a minute during daytime on weekdays. Don't worry - there won't be any change to the quality of service. All you need to do is follow the instructions below:

After you click on the 'Download new number' button, a File Download - Security Warning message will pop up. Don't worry about this, it is telling you that this download is from a secure source. On this pop-up please select Open or Run this program from its current location and click OK, see the screen shot below.
If using Windows XP SP2, a further Security Warning will also display. Click Run again to continue. Note: You may also be prompted to accept the change by your Anti-Spyware or Firewall software. Once the new number has downloaded, you can connect to the Internet as usual.
