how to join Orange Broadband
what you need
A computer with:
- CD-Rom drive
- ethernet
- Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2000 or Apple Mac OS X (except for Intel Base Apple Macs for Broadband Starter customers)
You also need:
- a home phone line (excluding Kingston Communications and cable)
- your bank details to pay by direct debit, or a Visa, MasterCard, Delta or American Express card
what happens next
Click 'check availability' and complete our simple online registration process. We'll send you a connection pack and broadband will be ready to use up to 10 working days after joining.
If you're switching from another broadband supplier, get your migration authorisation code (MAC code) first. Find out how to get a MAC code
You need a BT line and will still need to pay your line rental.

** Prices quoted are available to new customers who live in an Orange Broadband network area, which is about 60% of all UK homes. Three months half price offer ends on 31/08/08. New customers only. Price varies according to regional network coverage. If you are not in an Orange Broadband network area you may still be able to get Orange Broadband but you will be charged an extra £4 a month for the offer period and an extra £8 a month thereafter.
New customers are subject to a £30 connection fee.
Minimum term 18 month contract.
