terms & conditions for free broadband offer

1. The Free Broadband offer (“The Offer”) is available to new and existing Orange Pay Monthly customers from 25 October 2006 subject to the additional terms set out below excluding business customers (“The Eligible Customers”)
2. If you are an Eligible Customer you must be on at least a monthly £30 tariff (an “Eligible Tariff”) to qualify for the Free Broadband offer.
3. Connection is subject to status and an 18-month minimum term contract for new customers, or as otherwise set out in the additional terms below for existing customers. Eligible Customers will be subject to a 12-month minimum term contract for Broadband. Connection to Broadband is subject to you having a BT landline and your exchange being able to support it.
4. There is no 14-day money back available in Orange Retail stores with this Offer.
5. There is only one Offer per Orange Mobile Phone Account.
6. If you are on an Eligible Tariff the Offer will be applied to your account for the period you remain on an Eligible Tariff.
7. The Offer is that you will receive the Orange Broadband Starter package, normally £14.99 per month, for free subject to a 2GB usage allowance, up to 2 meg download speeds and includes free USB modem.
8. You may add to or upgrade the Offer for an additional monthly charge to Broadband Unlimited which includes calls to UK landlines at any time (01 and 02 prefixes) and calls to 100 international destinations and unlimited downloading subject to Fair Use Policy (see our website for details). Any charges for the additional Broadband service will be billed separately.
9. The Offer is available to Orange Pay Monthly customers on or connecting to an Eligible Tariff on the following basis with the following minimum term contracts:
You agree to be subject to an 18-month minimum term contract if you are:
• a new customer connecting to an Eligible Tariff ;
• an existing customer in month 0-15 of an 18-month contract
• an existing customer in the last three months of their minimum term contract requiring a handset upgrade e.g. in month 10 or more of a 12-month contract, month 16 or more of an 18-month contract or month 22 or more of a 24-month contract
You agree to be subject to a 12-month minimum term contract if you are:
• an existing customer in month 0-9 of your 12-month contract
• an existing customer in the last three months of their minimum term contract not requiring a handset upgrade e.g. in month 10 or more of a 12-month contract, month 16 or more of an 18-month contract or month 22 or more of a 24-month contract
You agree to be subject to a 24-month minimum term contract if you are:
• An existing customer in month 0-21 of a 24-month contract
The above customers are Eligible Customers.
10. The Offer is not available in conjunction with any other Orange promotions, discounts or offers unless specified. It is not available with Handset Buyback or Member get Member promotions.
11. If your account is terminated for any reason you will no longer qualify for the Free Broadband offer. Broadband will then be charged at the Standard User rate per month for either Broadband Starter or Unlimited (see our website for details).
12. Orange network services are subject to the Standard Terms and Conditions for the supply of Orange Network Services, a copy of which can be found at the back of your Orange phone User Guide.
13. Orange Broadband is subject to terms and conditions, a copy of which can be found on our website.
14. Speeds in excess of 2 Meg are only available in certain areas. If your home phone line won’t support our fastest broadband speeds we’ll give you the best speed available.
15. If Orange Broadband can not be provided to you because of technical or other reasons then: You shall be notified by Orange as soon as possible; you must return any equipment to Orange.
16. No cash alternative is available in whole or in part.
17. Orange reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time on reasonable notice.
18. Orange reserves the right to replace, amend or withdraw this Offer on reasonable notice.
19. Promoter is Orange. References to Orange in these terms and conditions are to Orange Personal Communications Services Limited, whose registered office is at St James Court, Great Park Road, Almondsbury Park, Bradley Stoke, Bristol CS32 4QJ.
