The established order of Formula 1 is completely turned on its head in race one in Australia as Jenson Button leads home a Brawn GP one-two. It marks a stunning fairytale for a team which had been on the brink of extinction just weeks earlier.
Sadly it takes just one race for F1's first public row following Lewis Hamilton's third-place finish behind the Brawns. Hamilton and McLaren are found guilty of misleading stewards by lying about an overtaking manoeuvre on Toyota's Jarno Trulli. As a result, the world champion is disqualified from the race.
