Honda uncover 'the next Hamilton'

Honda believe they have unearthed the next Lewis Hamilton in 16-year-old Will Stevens.

The former karting champion has been snapped up as part of the Japanese manufacturer's driver development programme with Jenson Button singing his praises.

Button told this column: "He's a class act and he's beaten pretty much everyone he's raced against so far. As for whether he's the next Lewis Hamilton, that's difficult to say as there's still a long way to go.

"But he's with a great team and he'll have all the guidance he needs to make it into F1 before too long."
