Cuddleybear1> Have u always wanted 2 be a footballer from a young age?
Frank> Yes I wanted to be one as long as I can remember. It's the passion of my life and I'm lucky to be doing wot I love.

Joe132> When u were a young lad playin footy in the park who did u pretend to be?
Frank> My hero was Paul Gascoigne and he played in a similar position. He was my idol.

Arbo> What was the first ever football match you went to and what sticks out in your memory about it?
Frank> The 1st I remember is my dad's last game for West Ham v Liverpool. I keep big memories of it.

Daisie2> What footballers inspired you at the beginning of your career and why?
Frank> Gazza again I was a West Ham so Tony Cottee was my West Ham idol.

Chelseafc2> Did you see many of your dad's games?
Frank> Alas no cos my dad's career kinda ended when I was growing up.

Daz4011> Which footballer from the past would u have liked to play with?
Frank> My fav and the best of all time for me was Maradona. His natural ability was the best.

Ellz4eva> How did you feel to be able to take your little girl out on to the pitch at Stamford bridge when you celebrated a second premiership title?
Frank> It's something I always wanted to do. Other players did it. She was 10 months and its one of the proudest moments I had.

Arbo> Wot was ur first professional goal and how did u celebrate.
Frank> It was against Barnsley for West Ham and I did a very embarrassing dance with Rio Ferdinand.

Hahaitsme2> My son is 9 and he is mad bout u. What advice would u give him if he wants to be a pro footballer?
Frank> Best advice is to try as hard as u can. Just practice at things ur good at and things ur not good at. It's a lot about attitude.

Smo3> What has been the best goal you have scored in your career?
Frank> The goal against Barca in Barcelona. That chip over the keeper was my best technical goal.

Angel8110> What is the one thing u have 2 do before and after every game u play?
Frank> I always eat the same pre-match meal of pasta. I have lots of superstitions in dressing room. After a match I just relax.

Kevisdaword> Hey m8 what is the most challenging thing about being a top footie star in England?
Frank> Challenging thing is to stay at the top its hard to get there so it's hard work to stay there.

Frank> John Terry is 26.

Frank> Yeah I cant wait it's always been a dream for me I cant wait for the FA Cup final.

Thevaliant1> How do u psyche yourself up 4 a game do u listen to ur fave music or sit in calmness ready to unleash the storm on the opposition?
Frank> I like to listen to music something very upbeat. We have live music in dressing room. I like RnB or House music.

Angel330> Which team do Chelsea find hard to beat and why?
Frank> With Liverpool we always got very close games bcos they r very organized and we find it hard to score against them.

Foxymax1> What do u think about women playing football?
Frank> I think they have every right to do so. The level has much improved recently and I enjoy watching it sometimes.

Villababe> What's your favourite away ground?
Frank> I like to play at Tottenham bcos of the atmosphere and the rivalry. West Ham as well for the same reason.

Boy5025> How did it feel to be picked for the England squad for the 1st time?
Frank> It was a gr8 honor, its a dream to play for ur country and the best feeling u can get in football.

Alley75> Hi Frank have u got a wife and kids?
Frank> I've a girlfriend and a daughter who's 20 months old. We are due a 2nd baby in a month's time.

Bigchief4> Hi frank... as a dad myself I was wondering how do you cope when having to leave your family when going away to matches?
Frank> It's the one thing I find very difficult I miss my daughter hugely when I'm away. Its also makes the time together more special.

Divadee> Hi frank! My question is if u had to choose 5 players as a 5 a side team. Who would u choose and why?
Frank> I'd get Petr Cech, Ronaldinho, Messi, John Terry, Kaka.

Baseman> Other than football what other sports do you like to watch?
Frank> I enjoy cricket but not that many that I watch. I love footie too much.

Paultoon1> How much has your dad influenced you into playing football?
Frank> My mum and Dad have been the biggest influence. My dad's knowledge of football was immensely useful when I was young.

Casluvlini> Who has been the most inspiring person you have met?
Frank> I would say Bono I met on holiday and we had a night out with friends. Im a huge fan of Bono too.

Discodave9> Wot gadgets do u spend ur money on?
Frank> I like to have up to date mobile phones. So I have a phone and a blackberry. An ipod too.

Mr6pac> Would u like 2 c celtic and rangers in the premiership?
Frank> Im kind of a traditionalist there I think they should play in Scotland but they are 2 gr8 clubs so it'd be nice to see them play english clubs.

Frank> I'm quite sensitive so i'd sing about love (laughs). I'd do that with Bono then!!!

Frank> It's nervousness and excitement. For me it's the best feeling when u hear the roar of the crowd.

Frank> I could improve by scoring more headed goals and maybe my left foot too.

Frank> I like to be with my girlfriend and daughter as well as friends go for dinner and couple of drinks.

Frank> I like Diet Pepsi...that would be it!

Frank> Out with my friends & my girlfriend. Generally a nice dinner and some good music afterwards.

Frank> Right now it'd be Razorlight...

Frank> Wayne Rooney he's got a good character and hyperactive. He makes me laugh.

Frank> The motivation IS to win...I want to win lots of trophies so thatd be my motivation.

Frank> When we beat Barca 2 years ago by 4 goals to 2 at home.

Frank> People who are rude I like people with manners.

Frank> Id agree with Shearer but Id also put Thierry Henry in there.

Colby> Are you playing rangers as a pre season friendly in the summer?
Frank> Yes we are playing Rangers sometime in July or August...

Frank> Clean my teeth and wash (laugh). Then wake up my daughter.

Mobsta> What films do u like and wots ya fave?
Frank> I like drama films and the one I liked recently was The Departed.

Butafly1> What is your worst habit at home an at football?
Frank> I watch too much TV definitely.

Butafly1> What is your most embarrassing moment on and off pitch?
Frank> Embarrassing moment probably when a fella tried to punch me at Spurs (laughs).

Frank> 3 things? My girlfriend my daughter and Sky Sports (laughs)
