Getting a new phone with Orange is easy. You can bring your existing number and any remaining talk time credit with you.
And now, when you change your pay as you go phone you'll get back 15% of the total amount you've spent on top-ups in the last six months - up to a value of £100.
how does it work?
Simply register your new pay as you go phone and we'll give you a reward when you buy a new phone. So, for example, if you've topped-up by £100 a month for the previous 6 months, you'll get a massive £100 back. This will be added to your talk time in six monthly instalments. You'll receive the first instalment within 24 hours of your registration.

To receive this reward you need to have been an Orange pay as you go customer for the past six months without having got this reward. You must also make sure you top-up by a minimum of £10 a month.
To be eligible for a £100 reward, you need to top-up by £600 over a six month period.
Your credit can be used for standard calls to mobile phones and landlines, to send messages (including text, photo and video), and to access Orange World in the UK.
what you need to do
Simply select your upgrade and call 450 to register your new phone. Then tell us you're upgrading and we'll transfer your details to your new SIM Card.
Whether you're eligible for an upgrade reward or not, you'll receive £1 talk time credit when you upgrade - this will automatically be credited to your account.
