Flying saucers over Glastonbury and lemon-headed aliens are among hundreds of dramatic UFO sightings being disclosed.
Along with The National Archives, the MoD has released details of 800 mysterious incidents from 1981 to 1996.
'We want you, come with us,' one alien apparently told two terrified Staffordshire boys after appearing from a hovering UFO.
It is just one of the reports released as part of a three-year project aimed at opening up the records to a worldwide audience.
The latest instalment consists of 14 files of sightings, letters and Parliamentary Questions - 4,000 pages in total.
The records feature papers relating to the famous 'Rendlesham Forest' sightings, often described as 'Britain's Roswell'.
Other highlights include 30 sightings of bright lights over central England in just six hours in March 1993 and a report of wailing noises and mysterious lights being beamed on to a cemetery in Cheshire in July 1996.
