Orange.co.uk is undergoing maintenance

Unfortunately, some of our online systems are are temporarily unavailable. The services affected are:

  • Member centre (your broadband account)
  • Broadband registration
  • Broadband availability checker
  • Create a new email account
  • Some Orange content channels (cars, money, travel, celebrity, TV, dating, auctions)

However, most products and services are still available for you to use, such as Email, Your Mobile Account, Help & Support and Orange Shop.

If you wish to register for Broadband, you can call 07973 100 150 between the hours of 8am and 10pm, selecting option 2, then option 2.

We expect the affected services to be back in full working order by Saturday afternoon. If anything changes, we'll post an update here.
