An old series is reborn with this big-budget sequel to 1988’s Bionic Commando Rearmed. Using a grapple, our protagonist Rad Spencer combines Spiderman’s city-swinging abilities with all-out combat and a massive arsenal of weapons, all set in a in a huge cityscape.
