Remind me? Since romping to victory in Big Brother 2 six years ago, Brian has carved out a fairly respectable on-off TV-presenting career - although, admittedly, it's been more off than on recently.

Why Hell's Kitchen? Cast aside any suspicions that Brian only signed up to get himself noticed by TV casting agents again. He's actually here to learn how to cook, as his culinary repertoire currently starts and finishes with microwaveable mashed potato.

Incidentally... Brian was recently voted the public's all-time favourite Big Brother housemate - narrowly beating, erm, Jade Goody to the top slot in a poll conducted by the Radio Times. And in case you were wondering, "Nasty" Nick Bateman came third; last year's winner Pete Bennet was fourth; and BB4 boffin Jon Tickle clinched fifth place.
