Marc’s love triangle
Marc Bannerman says he’s “in love” with both his campside sweetheart Cerys Matthews and his real life girlfriend Sarah Matravers. Now that’s just greedy.
He got all emotional on I’m A Celeb… when discussing his confused feelings, claiming he wants to make it up to Sarah but that he’s also fallen "hook, line and sinker" for Cerys.
The ex-Eastenders actor (he played the one that wasn’t Bepe, in case you’ve forgotten) clearly wants to have his cake and to eat it too.
“I think the situation between Cerys and myself was getting serious. There was a lot of flirting going on and I realised I was doing it, but I couldn’t help it. I felt like I was betraying my partner. Not in the overtly physical sense, but mentally,” he said. Well spotted there Marc, much personal insight.
He says he’s called Sarah and said he’s sorry but he’s not off the hook yet. “We live together and I’ve just listened to her crying on the phone, so I haven’t any choice but to do the right thing. I’ve got to get back to London.”
Stop yabbering and get on the plane then. Bon voyage!
