Deal Or No Deal reunites brothers
Two long-lost brothers have been reunited in the unlikeliest of ways, thanks to Noel Edmonds and a certain Channel 4 TV show.
Norfolk-born siblings Frank and Stanley Vose hadn’t spoken for 31 years following a family row. But when Stan, 70, appeared as a contestant on Deal Or No Deal, he appealed for his 61-year-old brother to contact him. Frank’s son happened to be watching the show and told his dad – presumably also mentioning that Stan had just won £11,500.
Frank then phoned up production company Endemol and got hold of his brother’s phone number. The reunited pair chatted for an hour and agreed to meet up in the New Year.
“It was lovely to talk to him,” said Stan. “We got on so well. I did quite well on the show. Not only did I win £11,500, but I also won my brother back.” Aw.
