Thanks to good old Uncle Internet, there's a new way to keep up with your favourite celebrities and handily, it won't led to you being dragged away from their houses by the police at 3am as you tearfully scream their name.
Yes, it's Twitter, the latest online social networking phenomenon, which allows anyone stars and commoners alike to update the world on what they're up to by posting bite-sized 140-character messages to the web.
Once you add your heroes as your "friends" (or start "following" them, in Twitter-speak), you can sit back and wait for the introspective musings and overexcited exclamations to pour in.
