Yes, it's Twitter, the latest online social networking phenomenon, which allows anyone – stars and commoners alike – to update the world on what they're up to by posting bite-sized 140-character messages to the web.

Once you add your heroes as your "friends" (or start "following" them, in Twitter-speak), you can sit back and wait for the introspective musings and overexcited exclamations to pour in.
