Pete to sue Jordan?

Thought relations between Peter Andre and Katie Price couldn’t get any worse? Wrong again, bozo! Now Pete has threatened to sue Jordan after the glamour model appeared to imply on TV that the ‘Insania’ singer had been unfaithful.
In response to a question about Pete’s fidelity from GMTV interviewer Ben Shephard, Jordan simply replied, “Anyway, next question.” When pressed, she added, “I don't know, was he? I never said anything." Oh nice, real mature, Jords.
She went on: “Well, you know, when you split up with someone, you hear things, so who knows what's true and what's not? But as far as I know, I think he was faithful.”
Pete’s spokesman confirmed the angry pop star had called the lawyers in, saying: “The only thing I can say is that Peter is taking legal action.”
Jordan, currently plugging her new novel Sapphire - another touching meditation on identity, desire and loss - also said that the divorce was affecting the couple's four-year-old son Junior.
"Junior knows something's up,” she told Shephard. “Like, he'll say stuff like, 'Where's Daddy?', 'Daddy doesn't love you any more, do you still love Daddy?' You know, things like that.”
“I just say, 'Don't be silly, Junior.' I say, you know, 'Daddy's away working and Mummy's here.'”
Speaking about the media attention that surrounds the couple's break-up, she added: “At the end of the day, everyone goes through divorce - you just have to read about ours and it’s not nice, but there you go.”
