Britney: I’m sad and lonely

It may seem Britney Spears has everything – but the star has admitted she is lonely and wants a new man.
In a TV documentary shown on Sky 1, Britney broke down as she confessed: “It’s bad. I’m sad.”
After her recent turmoil the star said she finds it hard to trust people. She added: “I let bad people in because I was lonely and I really paid the consequences for that big time. I am very protective of myself. Sometimes it can get kind of lonely.”
The ‘Womanizer’ star admitted she is sick of the constant press attention and dreams of living on an island with her two sons.
She said: “That would be heaven for me. No one could get to us.”
It seems any new man is in for a treat. Britney revealed: "When I really love somebody, I give my all. I can’t get enough. I need to be around them all the time. It’s just the best feeling in the world.”
Meanwhile, Simon Cowell reckons Britney is in awe of him.
The singer performed on The X Factor at the weekend – and Simon says she only did so because she's a huge fan of his.
He told the Daily Mirror: “She was just staring at me. I said, ‘Touch me, I’m human,’ and I think that broke the ice.”
With Britney turning 27 today maybe she'll get a new man for her birthday – or Simon Cowell… ew!
