Lindsay speaks!

Lindsay Lohan

Reformed party girl Lindsay Lohan has taken time off from her recent whirl of shopping and salon trips to speak out about life after rehab. The gist? She's learning to trust her instincts, and not go round with the naughty kids any more.

"There are friends that have been hard to hang out with because they've gone down a different path," she tells Glamour magazine. "But it's hard because I'm the kind of person who wants to trust everyone."

And what about turning down all those party invitations? That must be difficult. "I'm fine being alone during the day, but I hate being alone at night," she confesses. "I like having friends around me, but now I'd much rather be at home. That's not to say I'll never go to a club again, because I'd be lying." Fair enough.

Lindsay says she now fills up her spare time during the day by writing her journal and watching TV - so presumably her journal is full of entries about what she's just watched on TV. Hey, there's no shame in that - our own diaries are full of pithy observations about episodes of The Jeremy Kyle Show and Loose Women.

Finally, what's the biggest misconception others have about our Li-Lo? "That I don't have my head in the right place," she says (we assume she's talking metaphorically, not literally, here.) "That, and probably that I'm not a good person... because actually I am." Actually we believe you, Lindsay!
