Jordan v Chantelle: it’s war!

The simmering war of words between Katie Price and reality TV starlet Chantelle Houghton hit new heights at the weekend. Peter Andre’s ex is fuming after finding out the Aussie warbler invited former the Celebrity Big Brother winner along to daughter Princess Tiaamii’s Barbie-themed birthday bash.
Chantelle started the rift a couple of months ago when she launched a scathing attack on the 31-year-old glamour model, accusing her of treating her husband “worse than a dog”, before declaring: “If she doesn’t want Pete, I’ll have him.” It’s looking more and more like her wish has come true, with the pair hooking up at a string of parties over the last week, fuelling rumours that they’re an item.
“[Katie] is terrified Chantelle could become Peter’s girlfriend and start becoming mum to her kids,” gasped an insider. La Price was a little less forthcoming when asked about her estranged husband’s burgeoning relationship with Chan, who was famously married to Preston from the Ordinary Boys after meeting him on Celebrity Big Brother in 2006. “There’s no point in asking,” snapped Katie. “Goodbye.”
Meanwhile, Katie is launching her own charity in a bid give her post-Ibizan-bender image a bit of a dusting down. She’s setting up the subtly-named Katie Price Foundation to focus on helping sick and disabled children to enjoy a better quality of life. The glamour model will draw on her personal experience in seven-year-old son Harvey, who was born part-blind and has had health and learning difficulties since birth.
"Harvey's condition has caused her years of pain and she understands the struggle parents go through with a disabled child,” said an insider. “She wants to help other parents like her who are less fortunate."
Good on you Katie! Let’s just hope she’s equally charitable if/when Chantelle and Pete go public.
