Kerry trades in her new pooch

Troubled reality star Kerry Katona has a less than impressive history with man’s best friend. Viewers of her much-missed MTV fly-on-the-wall show will doubtless remember the time she sent her pet bulldog packing because the hapless pooch was doing his business all over her cream-coloured shag pile.
Now it looks like Kerry’s at it again, incurring the wrath of dog lovers everywhere by deciding to ditch the cute brown spaniel her less-than-doting husband Mark Croft bought as a birthday present – for the same model in a different colour. La Katona decided a black and white pup would compliment her wardrobe better, and the dog was duly swapped.
Kerry also managed to see off another canine named Kai a few months back. A fully grown German shepherd, the hound was drafted in to provide “protection” for the Katona clan, but went missing after crawling under a fence. Kai, a “killer dog” as Kerry charmingly put it, was eventually found roaming the streets of Wilmslow and returned.
Only time will tell if Kerry’s latest hound will manage to fulfil the star’s strict criteria. One thing’s for sure – its predecessor had a very lucky escape.
