Is Angelina pregnant again?
A week rarely passes without new rumours suggesting that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are set to add to their brood - and this week is no exception. The latest? Celebrity super-mum Ange has set tongues wagging by pulling out of a conference in Italy, where she was due to give a lecture about the future of mankind (yes, really).
The Italian press have wasted no time in jumping to their own conclusions about Angelina's absence. Well, it's obvious, isn't it? She must be pregnant! Conference spokeswoman Letizia Manjani told reporters: "Angelina cancelled last week. Due to her privacy I can't confirm her pregnancy, but I can say the Italian newspapers are correct in their reports." Erm... well you have kind of confirmed it then, haven't you Letizia?
Still, we think we should wait for the official nod from Brangelina's "people" before we start knitting those bootees. After all, we've been caught out like that in the past. We've still got a whole trunk-load of kiddies' knitwear left over from false alarms about Nicole Kidman and Jennifer Aniston.
Oh, and talking of Jen... New reports from the US suggest Brad is desperate for Angelina to be friends with his ex-wife, but Ms Jolie just won't play ball. "Ange knows how important it is for Brad to make peace with Jennifer, so she continues to tell him she'll do it - but it will never happen," a "friend" tells Star magazine. "Talking to Jen is the last thing she wants to do. Brad is starting to realise Angelina has no intention of calling Jen - that she never did. It was all a big lie." Still, who says Jennifer wants to be friends with Angelina anyway?
