Cher admits to affair with Tom Cruise

Tom Cruise has been linked to some of the world's most beautiful women, from Nicole Kidman and Penelope Cruz to his current missus Katie Holmes.
However, word reaches us here that Tom once had an affair with Cher. Now pick your jaw up off the floor.
Speaking to Oprah Winfrey on her chat show, the singer admitted their affair lasted several months.
According to The Sun, she said: "I was crazy about him."
Tom was apparently 23 and starting out on his career when the fling started. Cher was 39.
The pair met at a White House fundraising event, just after he'd appeared in his first hit movie Risky Business.
Cher added: "It could have been a great big romance because I was crazy for him."
It is thought their romance ended when Tom met his first wife, actress Mimi Rodgers.
We wonder if Tom will comment on the romance when he appears on Oprah's show to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Risky Business. None of us can forget his sofa-jumping antics on her show back in 2005 when his proclaimed his love for Katie Holmes.
It seems Tom had so much to say to Oprah this time that the show has been split into two parts. Let’s just hope Oprah had that sofa reinforced...
