Geri's admiration for Posh

We always thought the Spice Girls were all smiles for the cameras on their recent tour and fighting like cats and dogs behind the scenes. But now Geri Halliwell has put those rumours to bed – well, at least where one of the girls is concerned.
Ginger Spice says she has "huge admiration" for Victoria Beckham. Rumours were rife that Geri clashed with Posh on their tour but she insists the stories aren't true. She told You!: "Victoria and I were talking the other day about why we are always made out to be enemies. We are actually the biggest supporters of each other. We feel really proud of one another, particularly when you add this bond of motherhood."
Geri, who has a 23-month-old daughter called Bluebell, says her daughter enjoyed playing with Posh's sons during the tour. She added: "We had a creche backstage and it was wonderful. They are all such great kids.
"I have huge admiration for Victoria. She had her boys with her the whole time and she's done such a great job with them - they are all so well-mannered and caring. Romeo is so sweet with Bluebell, they are all so lovely to be around."
Mel B's two girls and Emma Bunton's son also tagged along. It sounds like a great playground.
Meanwhile, it seems the rumoured rift between Katie Holmes and Posh is over. Katie turned up with hubby Tom Cruise at Victoria's birthday party at restaurant Via Veneto in Santa Monica. Other stars who attended included Kate Beckinsale, Eva Longoria, Gwen Stefani, Usher, P Diddy and Elton John.
This is the third birthday bash Posh has thrown since turning 34 - who does she think she is - The Queen?
