Fears for Spears as she collapses in rehearsals

Sources close to troubled popstrel Britney Spears are worried about her health after she collapsed during rehearsals for her Circus tour. The 27-year-old singer was practicing moves for the show when she lost consciousness and collapsed in a heap on the ground.
"She collapsed when the dancers went to put her back on her feet. She fell to the floor and landed on one of the dancers’ legs,” gasped an insider on the tour. "The dancer's tennis shoe smacked Britney in the chest and on the face. It hit her chest with such a force that it caused a four-inch bruise."
Sources close to the star blamed her fall on low blood sugar levels and Brit-Brit’s hectic lifestyle, saying: "Her schedule has wreaked havoc on her body."
Whoa, poor Britney. If only K-Fed was still on the scene: we’re sure he’d have been on hand with a fun-sized Mars bar or two.
Of course, it’s not the first time Britney’s fallen unconscious and come a cropper. In 2007 the pop princess collapsed on the floor of a Las Vegas nightclub after knocking back copious amounts of champagne.
Still, it least this time it’s all down to good, old-fashioned hard work, eh?
