Scarlett underwhelmed by Penelope snog

In a piece of celebrity news so important that our grandchildren will be talking about it in years to come, screen nymph Scarlett Johansson has admitted that her onscreen snog with fellow actress Penelope Cruz was… completely unsexy.
The pair locked lips for the new Woody Allen film Vicky Cristina Barcelona - hey, he's got to reel in the punters somehow, doesn't he? - but Scarlett wasn't left smouldering. "There were 60 crewmen eating salami sandwiches," she said. "It's really the least sexy thing you can ever imagine."
Scarlett added that she couldn't understand what all the fuss was about: "These characters are in love with each other! Oh my gosh! People are so conservative!"
Cruz was equally bored by the whole thing. "She and I have been asked that question a thousand times," she said, "And we are sorry that we don't have any funny stories to tell you about it."
Ah well. In other groundbreaking Scarlett news, the actress could be set to don a beaver hat when she marries fiancé Ryan Reynolds. Really. Or not. It's all because her beau is Canadian and the actress may be asked to incorporate the country's national animal into her outfit.
Responding to the suggestion, which came from a cheeky TV chat show host, Scarlett said: “OK, that's creepy – an animal on my head. If it's alive, maybe. Um, I guess so. I don't know! I'll take it!”
The pair haven't set a date yet, though. "We're just recently – very recently – engaged," she said. "So, you know, we're just taking it easy. And no big plan yet. But it's a good time and we're just... enjoying our time to be young and engaged. I mean, I'm 23. There's no reason to rush into it. Everything feels very natural and relaxed."
She's clearly bricking it because of the beaver thing…
