Guy goes to The Police

While Madonna has been busy hanging out with her Kabbalah chums over in New York, it seems desperate Guy Ritchie has gone and called in the police.
No, no - he hasn’t decided to shop Madge for the crimes against music she’s committed on her latest album: we’re actually talking about legendary Police frontman Sting.
Guy has reportedly been getting advice from Sting and his wife Trudie Styler following his rumoured split from Madge last week.
Guy kipped over at the couple’s sprawling country estate for a few nights, and was spotted with Trudie in a nearby pub.
Loose-tongued local Sandra Peacock told The Sun: “They were drinking what looked like shandy and were talking in hushed tones. Guy looked upset and Trudie appeared to be comforting him. They had a couple of drinks and were talking for ages. It looked quite serious stuff.”
Sadly, Sandra failed to capture any of the conversation on tape - but we suspect Sting and Trudie may be feeling partly responsible for their friend's current woes.
Madge and Guy met for the first time at one of the couple’s dinner parties back in 1998, and they were guests of honour when the pair later wed.
If the tabloids are to be believed, Guy is on his way to New York to meet Madge for “last-ditch” talks.
Sandra Peacock is probably scouring the internet for a cheap flight as we write.
