All products that use radio technology like your TV or car stereo can be affected by local physical conditions.So, you may find when using any kind of mobile phone the signal could be weak in buildings, built up areas, tunnels, dips, cuttings or wooded areas. Signal strength may also be affected if you're in a moving vehicle, a car or train for instance, and in some buildings.

Because we are constantly increasing and improving the Orange network there may be areas not shown on our map where you can use your phone.
