Orange Website Maker

If you find any offensive content on sites hosted by Orange or created using Orange Website Maker, please report it here. You'll need to include the following information:
- Details of the offensive content and exactly where on the site it is located.
- The URL of the site (eg eg http://sitename.website.orange.co.uk)
Unfortunately, we're unable to take down sites hosted by other companies, or sites based abroad. We do, however, work closely with the appropriate authorities to deal with such sites.

If the content isn't hosted on a Orange website, you can report it to the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) here.

hacking

Tell us about hacking attempts

Unauthorised access attempts (also known as hack attacks and port-scanning) to computers connected to the Internet are quite common.
Good firewall software should protect your PC from such attacks by preventing hackers from seeing any information on your PC. It also provides logs so you can report the attacks to the originating Internet Service Provider.

If your firewall software alerts you to a hacking attempt, it will give you the IP address of the attempted hack. The IP address gives the physical location of the computer on the Internet. We can only deal with hack attempts originating from our network.

To report a hacking attempt, use the details provided by your firewall to identify the source of the attack. If it originates from our network please complete this form. You'll need to tell us the offending IP address, the date/time of the attack and the time zone. You can find this information in the firewall log.
