Terms and conditions

1. The competition is only open to Orange Personal Communications Services Limited ("Orange") customers aged 16 or over, and who are residents of Great Britain, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, excluding employees of Orange and any of their subsidiaries, their families, any agents and anyone professionally associated with this competition.
2. By entering, all entrants will be deemed to accept these rules.
3. All entry instructions form a part of these terms and conditions.
4. To enter, answer the following multiple choice question before the closing date of 10am on Friday 14 December: Question:What is the special coloured glaze of the ceramic box-set of three Christmas baubles? a) Noctis Black, b) Arancio Borealis c) Telesto Gray or d) Midas Yellow. Please send your answer to cars.editor@orange-ftgroup.com.
5. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and will be notified by phone within 48 hours of the closing date.
6. If the winner cannot be contacted, an alternative winner will be chosen from all eligible entries.
7. Orange shall not be responsible for entries that are lost, corrupted or mis-transmitted. Proof of submission of your entry is not proof of receipt.
8. One winner will receive a set of three limited-edition baubles.
9. The prize is non-transferable.

10. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part for the prize. The prize is non-negotiable and non-transferable.
11. Orange's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Orange reserves the right to (a) award an alternative prize of equal or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to vary, amend or withdraw this competition on reasonable notice.
13. The winners and his/her guests may be required to participate in some publicity as a condition of receiving the prize.
14. Any queries relating to the competition should be directed to the Orange World Competitions customer helpline by calling 07968 784596. Calls will be charged at your service plan rates.
15. Regretfully, we cannot be held liable for system failures at the handling house, on the websites or on telephone hotlines. Neither can we be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third party involved in this promotion, or the descriptions provided by any third party for any items/experiences, although we will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure.
16. The prize winners' name and county will be available on request by sending a SAE to Orange World Competitions, PO Box 34269, London NW5 3WH by December 31 2007 and specifying which competition you are enquiring about.
