We provide assistance wherever we can to ensure our products and services are accessible to all. We can provide phone bills and user guides in alternative formats (including Braille and large text) on request, and advice on the most suitable phones for customers with particular requirements.

In 2006 we launched The Accessible Communications Team (TACT), a forum made up of Orange staff and customers with disabilities, representatives from Sense and our product development team. TACT is chaired and run by its members and makes recommendations on how we can make our products and services more inclusive. The Forum also provides the opportunity to discuss alternative Integrated Voice Recognition options and accessibility software for mobile technology.

We've also worked with other mobile operators to develop industry guides on mobile services and service delivery for elderly customers and people with disabilities.
