Renault Megane drops its top
French marque Renault has clearly had a busy couple of weeks. First, with the unveiling of the Renault Wind coupé-convertible, and now with the announcement that a Coupé-Cabriolet will be completing the current Megane line-up.
The new Coupé-Cabriolet will become the Megane line-ups sixth body type, with Renault promising that it will combine the elegance of a coupé with the promise of the thrills that go hand-in-hand with driving a cabriolet. Sounds good to us, then.
Highlights include a large, folding glass roof, a fixed glass wind deflector, stiffer chassis, new electric power steering system, along with a wide range of efficient and eco-friendly powertrains to choose from.
The new Megane Coupé-Cabriolet will go on sale this spring. Ahead of its arrival in UK showrooms, see hot images of Renaults latest convertible car.
