When you're a mega-rich celebrity with plenty of cash to splash, one of the best ways to show off your burgeoning wealth is by putting together an impressive collection of cars.

The latest celebrity to do so is none other than X Factor and Girls Aloud star, Mrs Cheryl Cole. The ‘Fight for This Love’ singer put her Audi R8 up for sale on the Auto Trader website last month – perhaps it was to free up funds to go towards that underground swimming pool she wants to get made. Whatever the reason, with Cole’s star power, the Audi R8 being a star in its own right, and the selling clout of Auto Trader, we don't expect the £60,000 motor to be on the market for long.
